Strange are the ways of life

You never get what you want

You like to know what the future holds

Can’t wait for it to unfold

Not satisfied with what you have

You like to know what is next

This is how you will always be

Always sitting on the edge of your seat

Patience & Prudence are never your forte

You defend by saying you like to plan

Give your dear ones the best you can

But you fail to see the things so near

In the chase of things so far and so unclear

What you need is a little bit rest

Never forget Time is a thing you can never catch

You will win if you flow with it

Won’t reach far by going against it

Take the clue; forget what you have gone through

Hoping for the best is no wrong

Not me but many say

Look at the present, look at today

Cause what you do now is what you can do

Who knows what may come and what may go

Assure yourself ever so slowly

That you & only you

Can shape your destiny.
