Your mind is screaming

Your heart is bleeding

But you don’t seem to be saying

Just what you are feeling

You got to take her in your arms

You got to hold her tight

Just look into her eyes

And say it is going to be all right

You have to tell her

That you are always there

And nothing is

Going to change this forever

Hey it is easy to say this

When you are not in love

Cause when she comes before me

Words don’t come that easy

I am just afraid

Of a ‘no’ from her

It is enough to make me

Stutter and stammer.

I think it is true

It is not that easy

To say, “I love you”

I hope it comes from me just out of the blue.
